What is Ezuthola?

Ezuthola is an all-in-one platform helping you create professional resumes, generate legal documents, check ATS scores, and practice interviews using AI.

Is Ezuthola free to use?

Ezuthola is a premium service. To access our professional resume templates, AI tools, and document generation features, you need to purchase one of our affordable plans.

If the ATS-Friendly Resume is free, why is wallet activation required?

The ATS-Friendly Resume creation is completely free on Ezuthola. Wallet activation is not a charge for the resume itself.

The wallet activation ensures:

  • 🔒 Genuine user access and prevention of misuse or spam
  • 💳 Seamless access to optional paid services (such as premium formats, downloads, AI tools, or future features)
  • ⚙️ Smooth transaction handling without interruptions when users choose additional services

Importantly:

  • 💰 Your wallet balance remains yours
  • ✅ You can use it for any other services on the platform

How do I verify the ATS score of my resume?

Go to the "AI ATS Score Checker" tool and upload your PDF resume. Our AI will analyze it against industry standards and give you a score out of 100 along with detailed improvement tips.

Can I edit my resume after downloading?

Yes! You can find your previously created resumes in the History section. Simply click on a resume to edit your details and re-download the updated version.

How does the AI Document Generator work?

Simply select the type of document you need (e.g., Rental Agreement, Affidavit), answer a few simple questions, and our AI drafts a legally sound document for you in seconds.

Why is my payment not showing in the wallet?

Payments are usually instant. If you don't see the updated balance, please wait 5-10 minutes and refresh. If the issue persists, email us at meenakshi@omts.co.in.

Can I use Ezuthola on my phone?

Absolutely! You can use our mobile-friendly website or install our PWA by following the instructions in the "Install App" section above for a native app-like experience.

What languages does Ezuthola support?

Ezuthola currently supports English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi for interface navigation and certain document generation features.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy. Your data is encrypted and securely stored. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How do I become an Agent?

If you're interested in partnering with us, go to your Profile and look for the "Become an Agent" option or contact our support team for more details on the program.

If the voice interview is interrupted, will I get my money back?

No. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure a stable internet connection before starting the interview. Please check your connection parameters before proceeding.
